In March 1774, another Boston Tea party happened. This time 60 disguised men boarded the Fortune in March 1774 (Klein; par. 7). Subsequently, they dumped only 30 chests of tea overboard. The event resulted in fewer monies but the feelings of disgruntlement raged on. The Tea Act spread down the cost of the Americas. New York, Annapolis and Charleston, South Carolina, patriots dumped tea off ships or burned it in protest (Klein; par. 8). In total, 92,000 pounds of tea, roughly 18.5 million teabags, costing an estimated $1 million dollars in todays world (Klein; par. 9) was dumped into the Boston harbor. With the other tea parties that happened after the tea parties in Boston, the amount of the rebellion was very costly for the British East India Company. A total of thirteen colonies came together to fight for independence and to dispute the series of taxes that were imposed on American colonists. The Boston activists who protested the tea acts were angry at Britain for imposing taxation without representation, (History.com Editors; par. 1) According to History.com, this was the first major act of defiance to British rule over the colonists. As a result, the rebellion was called the the destruction of the tea until 1826, only 116 men were revealed to have been participants of the Boston Tea Party, there was a second Boston Tea Party in March 1774 as well as subsequent tea parties and the British East India Company lost over one million dollars by the time the tea parties ended.

Too Big to Fail is a phrase referring to the idea that in economic regulation, the largest and most interconnected businesses are so large that a government cannot allow them to declare bankruptcy because failure would have a disastrous effect on the overall economy. As a matter of fact this phrase is true for numerous institutions and their stakeholders. But how this principle can affect market discipline ? Gradually, lenders to big banks understood that their money was no longer at risk. And the banks realized that the bigger and more complicated they got, the safer they would be from market discipline and so they became. The implicit model in many studies is that investors price the securities according to the perceived level of risk of the banks. But we can also think that investors can price assets regarding the risk that regulators will close the bank. Logically, investors will be less encouraged to monitor a bank considered too big to fail. In conclusion, we can say that market discipline is an important topic in discussions of regulatory autho rities who have also registered as Pillar 3 of the new Basel Agreement. Indeed we have seen that it could be a way to force banks to limit risk in their activities. However it may be affected by several factors like deposit insurance, which is very important too in order to limit bank rushes. During my nursing career, I have worked in many high stress areas (ex; labor and delivery, where not every outcome is great, medical surgical unit, where a lot of people would get diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and neurosurgical unit, where I took care of many young individuals affected by glioblasoma multiforme) where my patients were depressed (acute depression) due to their diagnosis and were not sure how to cope with their situation. I did have several suicidal patients, as well.
